Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phplus processes personal data for account management, regulatory compliance (including KYC and AML obligations), customer support, fraud prevention, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of phplus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact phplus Customer Support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Players who remain unsatisfied after engaging phplus's internal complaints process may escalate to PAGCOR through its player complaint mechanism, consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
phplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at phplus.one/terms-conditions with the revised effective date. Where amendments are material, phplus will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may include an in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of phplus following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using phplus and close your account.
